Simple mobile doesn't make it easy to create an account with them, the most you can do with their outdated app is topup each month. Customer service is outsourced to India, the representatives are highly inexperienced and unhelpful.
Not a good experience simple mobile I can't get calls or call out other can you plz help???text either and of course it's got me very upset !!!on the 6th simple green Is already buggin me to open up a line or two.. under contract..r u ok baby???

I've used company to often. I have my own service and plan. But everytime I need a phone or service it seems to be the best. Till after 5minutes. It's been to many times I have had to use a temp phone or because I am so hard on phones I have had to use this service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Even after you buy the phone and plan you need to spend another 50 just for the so called unlimited data.
